Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical pharmacist role will directly report to the Head of Medical Services and will work closely with physicians, and other health professionals to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes.The role holder will develop clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations and will review the medication records of patients,to determine the appropriates of medication therapy.

Key responsibilities :

Ensure all medication related activities are carried out without errors.

Develop processes to avoid delays in the medication programs and to minimize wastage of resources.

Create and maintain high customer satisfaction by minimizing medication error & supervise the effectiveness of the discharge medication dispensing process.

The Ideal candidate should have:

A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology with SLMC registration

An excellent understanding of pharmaceutical therapy and direct patient care.

Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making & strong professional ethics.

2 years' experiences as a clinical pharmacist in a recognized institution

IN CHARGE-MEDICAL OFFICER-CRITICAL CARE

In charge Medical officer is responsible for smooth functioning of all surgical units (Surgical wards,DTU,Endoscopy Unit and Operation Theater) and delivery of high quality clinical care.He/She will make sure that proper clinical assessment is done for all patients arriving at the relevant units seeking treatment and to initiate relevant Medical Management.Emergency medical treatment and resuscitation if and when required,Routine medical assesssments by conducting ward rounds and to direct them to appropriate relevant specialist Consultants if needed.In charge Medical officer maintain documentation related to all clinical activities performed for a patient and carry out and or assists in procedures on patients.Responsible to coordinate and communicate with higher management,Specialist Consultants,fellow medical officers and Nurses to provide best possible patient care.

Degree in medicine from recognized university

Post graduate qualification in relevant field

5-7 years of experience in healthcare industry

STAFF NURSES

You wll be an integral part in our hospital and your contribution wll be crucial for the highest levels of clinical outcomes. Ideal candidates should be experienced nurses with a 3 years Nursing Diploma,supported with an approved theory and practical course structure from a recognized institute.He/She must be kindhearted and dedicate to patient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skiils, ability and willigness to learn,adjustability to changes are considered important while IT literacy is a definite plus.
